The 1098-T that you enter in TT is not sent to the IRS. Enter the 1098-T, exactly as received, on the student's return. Enter book and computer expenses separately.

Box 5 (scholarships posted) USUALLY lags behind a year and posts on the next year's 1098-T. If you had a 2023 1098-T (or earlier) please try to match the expenses with the scholarships.
