A week ago SpaceX changed the name of its Australian subsidiary from TIBRO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD to STARLINK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. Two months earlier TIBRO got a carrier license. That kind of license has been issued to 551 companies in Australia. SpaceX also needs to get a spectrum license that is typically much harder to get than a carrier license.

2020年9月10日 · Not a big news but apparently SpaceX registered SpaceX Canada Corp. under TIBRO Canada Corp. (ORBIT spelled backward) back in 2019 and obtained CRTC BITS license a lawyer, Bram Abramson, discovered. A few months ago SpaceX changed the name to SpaceX Canada Corp. According to him BITS license "is not one of those hard-to-get kind of licences."

2018年9月1日 · Tibro is bloody dangerous. Went up a few months back and for most of the steep parts it’s one slip up and you’re falling a good 10-50 metres on bare rock. Doesn’t help that it’s so close to Brisbane and so alluring. Rest in peace mate.
