There are two main setups, both with a button-down and pants: Marine armor and marine helmet: a little bit more survivability at the cost of some speed. Flak vest and duster with marine helmet: slightly less survivability but better speed. If you have bionic limbs, it's damn close to being on par with marine armor in survivability.
