2019年12月27日 · We observed a correlation between LVEF and PDLIM5 expression, with a decrease in PDLIM5 expression with decreasing LVEF in patients without a PDLIM5 LoF variant. In contrast, our patient with a frameshift mutation had an increased expression of PDLIM5 despite of a low LVEF of 10%.
