Ryder is a 10-year-old boy who runs the Lookout and serves as PAW Patrol's leader. Despite his age, he and the pups have saved every adult in Adventure Bay countless times! Ryder adopted each of the pups and trained them to be a part of PAW Patrol.

Ryder and the pups geared up in the PAW Partoller. They know Danny's in trouble, their mission is to save before he gets hurt. Ryder hired Skye to fly over the valley and find Danny and the cactus field, and Chase to use his zip line like a lasso to stop Lightning Bolt.

With the hoedown interrupted, Ryder musters the PAW Patrol and deploys Chase to herd the cows and Skye as the eyes in the sky, while the rest return to the hoedown on stand-by. Ryder and Chase arrive at the train station to see one cow running around, and Chase manages to herd it back into the train car.

Ryder: "PAW Patrol, what's your emergency?" Liberty: "My name is Liberty. We need your help. Humdinger is going to destroy Adventure City." Ryder: "Come on, pups! Adventure City's in trouble."
