• Access NP2 at https://np2.navy.mil to initiate SAAR-N request from MySailor Homepage. • Complete SAAR-N wizard. The establishment of an initial Supervisor, SM, or IAM user role will be conducted via the SAAR-N PDF manual method.

• Click your name at the top of the page and select “My Account.” • On your profile page, select CAC-free Account>Manage Account> Next. • Follow steps to setup email and password.

Please see attached Sample SAAR-N. All areas in red and highlighted in yellow are required, no exceptions. Please follow steps provided below to ensure request is received and processed in a timely manner. Request CANNOT be processed if SAAR-N received is incomplete, signature validation error, and/or file is corrupted.
