When I try to connect my Creative X-Fi MP3 player to my laptop a message appears that there is not a driver installed for it and when i troubleshoot it cant find one online. I have installed all the software that came with the player and it worked on my old computer which had Windows XP. I have contacted creative but it still doesnt work.
