2017年4月10日 · I used to play with a players HXT when I was starting pool seriously and I still like the way those shafts play even though I have changed to a different cue. They are constructed the same way as Lucasi shafts are made and results in a good hitting shaft, especially when a better ferrule installed to them.

2023年10月3日 · Lucasi shafts tend to have issues, especialy their ferrule design, these snap all the time. These are all made in Taican wood's factory in China. Usually made from stained maple and implex material, some have Uni-Loc pin, but I have seen 3/8-10 and even 5/16-14 I think.

2020年4月13日 · Trent, no insult intended, but it is the new Lucasi's that I don't like. And that is due to their looks only. Older lucasi cues had an old-school charm for me. They sorta reminded me of early Meucci designs. Hopefully, the image attached to show an old Lucasi butt. The cues with the wood rings collaring the inlayed ringz iz sweet.

If I had to play with only the Lucasi for the rest of my life I would be OK with it. I only say this because they get a bum rap from some people. The Pechauer is a well made production cue.
