The Low Income Housing Institute develops, owns and operates housing for the benefit of low-income, homeless and formerly homeless people in Washington State. LIHI is one of the largest providers of tiny house village shelters in the nation.

You can view all of our rentals and apply to ones with vacancies. Some of the properties have waiting lists. Waiting list units are all rentals where rent is 30% of your household’s monthly income.

4 天之前 · The Low Impact Hydropower Institute (LIHI) is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to define and certify low impact hydropower.

LIHI programs serve homeless and low-income people in Snohomish, King, Island, Kitsap, Pierce and Thurston Counties. LIHI housing serves communities in Seattle, Lynnwood, Lacey, Olympia, Tacoma, Bremerton, and smaller towns throughout the region.

Facilities that satisfy the first standard for all eight criteria will be rewarded in the form of a longer term (15-year) LIHI Certificate and reduced certification review and annual fees (see Handbook Section 4.4).
