Since then, my HP Envy fingerprint reader stopped working despite many attempts via Windows Hello options to try and set it up (I don't recall ever seeing "Hello" on here previously). So I uninstalled the bio reader and reinstalled new driver and software from the HP website. Well, Windows Hello apparently doesn't recognize it.

Hi there!! Yesterday, as I opened my HP laptop after shutting it to go do something else, the internet was disconnected. So I tried to reconnect to the wi-fi by clicking the icon that leads you to the page with all of the available networks. The problem is, none of the networks were showing up on the page. I tried restarting it, no avail.
