2021年8月25日 · It depends what from the comics is canon. The IDW stuff leans toward Spike loving Drusilla more than Buffy given who Maria Harley (aka Spider) and even Beck would remind Spike of. Even Illyria in AtS S5 and in 'AtS S6' would remind Spike of Drusilla. And Spike obviously stays in Los Angeles with Angel in AtS S5 rather than go be with Buffy.

Buffy doesn't kill Spike in BtVS S2 even though she has some clear chances to. She prefers Angel, but Angel wasn't trying to kill her and Spike was.
