“On April 3, 1996, the crew of the U.S. Air Force CT-43A (Boeing 737-200) was flying a nondirectional radio beacon (NDB) approach in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) to Runway 12 at the Cilipi Airport, Dubrovnik, Croatia, when the aircraft collided with a 702-meter (2,300-foot) mountain.
