The Betas are a few Beta designs that Dana showcased in her charity livestream. The Fandom (or most anyway) instantly grew attached to them for some reason i can't quite explain.

Luz Noceda's design has evolved from her initial 'beta' version to the one seen in the series' early animation tests. Her look has been adapted for different posters, including 'Thanks to Them', 'For the Future', and 'Watching and Dreaming'.

2022年8月17日 · The Betas/Beta designs are the characters, before the canon designs, that were shown by Dana in a livestream and the fandom fell in love with them, sometimes they pair them with the canon versions as sisters. The fandom refer to Beta Luz as Lucia, Beta Willow as Winona and Beta Amity as Amelia.

2021年10月25日 · beta design is best design. the characters themselves? well, we dunno. personally, I like imagining that the personalities were swapped or reversed. for instance, Willow acts all serious but is super-lovable. she can still kill you, though.
