人民财讯3月17日电，浙江省人民政府办公厅印发大力提振和扩大消费专项行动实施方案的通知，其中提出，支持汽车置换更新，新能源汽车最高补贴1.5万元/辆、燃油车最高补贴1.3万元/辆。提高汽车贷款最高发放比例，优化汽车金融服务流程。2025年，新建新能源汽车公共充电桩2万个以上，其中农村1万个以上；新改建农村公路1000公里。
