WEST FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man was arrested in West Fargo Monday night after crashing into a police squad car and a number of parked vehicles during a pursuit.

Elijah Viestenz, who was on probation for a 2021 fatal crash, faces a hearing after a DUI arrest, but the case remains delayed due to legal proceedings in Becker County.
