One person was transported and another arrested after a crash between a truck and an ATV in Malden early Saturday morning.

County sheriff’s deputies say Michael Allen Stone, 38, of Malden, West Virginia, was arrested Friday evening. The incident happened Dec. 27 at the Speedway along Campbell’s Creek Drive.
