Former opposition leader Basdeo Panday of the United National Congress says he'll again be attempting to take part in the debate in parliament although he has not been reinstated there.

As we move towards a (soon-to-be) historical political showdown in the next general election, I wish to remind the country of the enormous legacy Mr Basdeo Panday left behind in electoral politics.
