A Wisner woman was transported to the hospital Tuesday afternoon as winter weather caused hazardous driving conditions across Northeast and North Central Nebraska.

(KOLN) - Winter weather conditions in northeast Nebraska caused multiple crashes ... not in use at the time of the crash, deputies said. Wisner Rescue also assisted at the scene.
