Quaise Energy is deploying futuristic technology and banking on Trump’s support for accessing subterranean heat.

Quaise is putting the millimeter waves to use to vaporize the rock. It does so by using something called a waveguide to direct the waves through a pipe that shapes them into a beam of energy.
