To her credit, Reyna ... no Valorant agent is bad. You may see some players breezing through the ranks with a C-tier agent and some at the bottom of the scoreboard with a God-tier character.

The patch notes for Valorant update 8.11 have been released and they bring a lot of changes to duelists, including some big nerfs to both Raze and Reyna, as well as a significant buff for Iso.
