I love macaroni and cheese, its one of the first foods I remember ever having: boxed mac & cheese. In Canada, we call it KD (Kraft Dinner). So, I'm well versed with the dish.

Recently though, I decided to take a chance on a restaurant I'd never been to — Gordon Ramsay Steak at the ... the hefty $105 price tag. The mac and cheese made a delicious side.
