New sushi and hibachi restaurant opens in Manatee County with lots of ‘Yummy’ optionsA new restaurant is serving sushi, hibachi and more Japanese cuisine in Bradenton’s Bayshore Gardens area. Yummy Sushi opened its doors at 6220 14th St. W. in the Shops at Bayshore on Feb. 1.
The owner of Koi Sushi & Hibachi Steak House, Evah Xiao, believes the answer is both. The restaurant, located at 3510 West Road, serves Japanese cuisine, including hibachi, sushi, and teriyaki.
