The name and the original cardinal red color have stuck around for more than 100 years. “Razorback” refers to feral hogs known for their high, hair-covered backs and aggressive nature.

By the start of the fourth quarter, Razorback red was barely recognizable in the stands because everyone left. What fans were left donned the visiting colors. Only Mizzou fans in Razorback stadium!!
