Street art can be an eyesore to a few but for Canberra-based Filipino street artist Paulo Licayan, graffiti art is a valuable and free avenue where artists like him can express their deep thoughts.
Dr K. Azril Ismail was not behind bars, at least not in terms of breaking the law, but for six months he walked its corridors and courtyards to photograph the graffiti of Pudu Jail in Kuala Lumpur.
