A doctor died from a severe allergic reaction at Disney Springs in Florida last year. Disney said her husband couldn't take it to court under the T&Cs of his Disney+ free trial.

Jeffrey Piccolo's wife, Kanokporn Tangsuan, 42, who worked as a doctor, died after she and her family dined at a restaurant in the Disney Springs shopping complex in Orlando on October 5 last year.

The response comes after plaintiff Jeffrey Piccolo sued Disney in February, alleging that his wife died from a severe allergic reaction after dining at a restaurant at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
