春天，徐徐而来。联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）第62次全会围绕第七次评估周期（AR7）三个工作组报告编写大纲敲定之后，参与大纲制定的多位中外权威专家从杭州乘高铁抵达北京，继续参加3月4日举行的旨在解读报告大纲结构与重点的气候变化科学前沿学术交流会，交流活动吸引了20余家单位的不同行业的百余名专家学者。

3月4日，气候变化科学前沿学术交流会暨政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）第七次评估周期（AR7）评估报告大纲解读会在京召开。IPCC第一工作组联合主席、中国工程院院士张小曳主持，IPCC第一工作组联合主席罗伯特·沃塔德（Robert Vautard）和第二工作组联合主席巴特·范登赫克（Bart van den Hurk）就报告大纲结构与重点进行解读。
