Plans to reopen a Herefordshire village pub with a late licence could be stymied by neighbours’ fears over noise and anti-social behaviour.

Bosbury is certainly on that list, with the esteemed title of Herefordshire's 'poshest' village, and the seal of approval from a celebrity who lives there, it's on the map as a gem of Herefordshire.

Patricia Churchward, from Breinton, just outside Hereford, may here be referring to Cotswold villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water, which is so busy it has parking spaces for coach tours.
