Feijoa can be eaten raw in fruit salads or as part of a fruit plate. They can also be cooked with other fruit such as apples.
If you’ve got time to get moreorganised, peel and cut them into chunks, then freeze in 1 cup amounts to use in this recipe.
Top tip, when there is an abundance of feijoas I like to freeze some, this makes the feijoa smoothie season last longer and you don’t have to use ice.
