The financing process for the Baby Kroger redevelopment is moving along. The Decatur City Commission voiced its support for a $13 million tax incentive during its regular meeting on Feb. 24.

According to The Salvation Army of Decatur, Alabama, there will be Red Kettle donation opportunities at Walmart, Kroger, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Big Lots, and Old Navy in Decatur Friday.
