Kupfrian Manor will be a 94-unit senior housing development, and Avery Place will be a 112-unit family apartment development.

The new facility "fills a void" in medical services, and will help patients recover after an injury, surgery or illness.

They are working to determine the extent of the issue and are working to restore the impacted system, according to a news release.
