Relatives found as Austin police identify body of woman found in Lady Bird Lake
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), 73-year-old Thi Lang Nguyen's body was found in Lady Bird Lake on the morning of Dec. 1 after a kayaker spotted her in the water and called 911.
