A federal judge in Los Angeles has ruled that Mariah Carey did not steal her perennial megahit “All I Want for Christmas Is You” from other songwriters.

Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" copyright infringement lawsuit has been dismissed. Andy Stone and Troy Powers alleged that Carey's festive hit copied their song of the same name written years earlier.
