Hi - we are scheduled to stay one night in the Balter house next month. Two questions: is there air conditioning and can you cook there? The restaurant is closed on the day we will be staying overnight. Thank you in advance for answering these questions.

I can’t recall about A/C, but it’s in the woods and we were comfortable even on a hot day. You can absolutely cook, though.
