Warm and empathetic, Jess enjoys working collaboratively with patients to achieve their personal health goals. By striving to offer an open-minded, relationship-centered approach to primary care, he creates individual care plans tailored to each patient’s concerns. Jess received his bachelor’s degree from Smith College and his master's from UCSF. Jess has special interests in HIV disease and transgender health. He is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
