Hard to say. If you have an all terrain stroller (like some jogging strollers with bigger wheels), then probably. There are quite a few trails at the park. Mostly gravel and dirt. Some are wide and relatively level, and would be fine. But some parts (like access to the falls) I seem to recall were uneven, rocky, and/or steep, and sometimes narrow.
