Wesley heights is a cool historic district and one of the few neighborhoods that's a short walk to center city. The Space: Walk to uptown in 10 mins, Johnson Whales University in 9 mins, Bank of America stadium in 8 mins, 3rd Ward Park in 3 min, Frazier Park in less than 60 secs. Or walk 10 mins to Wesley Heights' downtown area (lots of bars & restaurants). $5 Uber ride to Noda, Southend, Plaza Midwood, and other cool areas. This is a wonderful in-law suite with a private entrance and private patio. The space has totally privacy from the main home, but both can be rented at the same time if desired (just check out my other listings and look for "Charming home, historic district, walk to the city").
