is it 15000 each journey or 15,000 all day? Does the over 70's free apply to westerners?

The fare is by per travel trip. Also not sure about the over 70s promotion, you can check with them directly or ask your hotel staff to assist you to find out should language is a barrier.

Hi there. I don't think there is a specific website, but there is a link in English to information about the service on the internet that is called vietnam on track. We didn't have any problems at all using the service because, once you present to the terminal, the staff all speak English and there is plenty of information in English explaining how the system works and the costs associated. I hope this helps.
Soon I will be staying in the Tu Duc / Hiep Bien area then moving into Dist. 1 for a couple of days. The water bus sounds a great way of getting into the city. Looking at the water bus route it looks like there maybe a pickup wharf at one of these two places. Can you help with that question? I would probably stay on board to do a complete loop before getting off at the city wharf.
