Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure (VRCL) is a registered charity that was originally formed in April 2007 as a sport and leisure facilities trust. In May 2011 the company expanded to take on an additional range of services in Redbridge including Culture & Libraries and Parks & Open Spaces.
