Ticket from a shop scratch off the time and put in in the window but you need to know what to ask for The locals know where to park for free and mostly that will be full A lot of Bulgarians do speak English so if you do see parking it's likely that just asking someone for help will be ok But did not see just open car parks near the sea gardens

Normally there are many discos near the see garden and in the late times you can hear very nice music. During the day as well, people that are playing on their instruments ,festival's musics :)
