It really depends and no way to know. Shinjuku we had about 6, but Kyoto there was about 20. Japan had also just opened up about 6 weeks prior so there may be more tourists now. …

I agree, no harm in doing them all :) I wish I had done the flagship one - but I didn't discover them until I realised walking around aimlessly myself around Asakusa and Akihabara …
I agree, no harm in doing them all :) I wish I had done the flagship one - but I didn't discover them until I realised walking around aimlessly myself around Asakusa and Akihabara wasn't that insightful. I then did the Meiji Shrine, Shinjuku night, and Shibuya night tours and enjoyed all three.
