There are 2 trails for this tour, the normal trail and the secret trail. The secret trail allows you to get into the lake it self. From my conversation with the tour guide when I was visiting there, he said it's possible to swim on the lake but on particular spot only. To make sure if it's allowed or not, it's best you contact the customer service of the TLYC directly.
