I rented a car plus a driver there.. I suggest you should be have a fix transportation to go around in hua hin, because not many transportations are available and are such a difficult to find it.

Yes there is. They are kept in an air condition room. You will need to pay entrance fee to go in. The staffs will then provide you a plate of food for them and the rabbits to eat :) The room is quite small, therefore if you encounter a big group in front of you, you may want to walk around first then go in. :)
