Established in 1974, Seiskaya Ballet has been and continues to be the premier classical dance studio on Long Island. With an international reputation for excellence, nearly 80 students have opted for professional dance careers, with five joining American Ballet Theatre alone. Medals in several national and international ballet competitions, numerous college scholarship awards and extensive collaborations with noted guest teachers and dancers, has created an environment that affords students boundless opportunities. With OPEN graded classes from pre-school through adults, the OPEN program caters to the student who requires more schedule flexibility and whose goals are grace, strengthening and flexibility. The advantages of the OPEN program are access to the same highly qualified staff as the Academy utilizing outstanding dance facilities.
