It may be possible but if it's rainy the steep hill getting to the elevator that goes down could be a problem. If you have one that is equipped for more rugged terrain that would probably work, but if it's the standard kind it may be hard. Also, parking is across a highway on a curve that may be dangerous to cross if it goes too slow.

We are incredibly lucky to be able to descend hundreds of feet down into a natural sea cave where you can observe these amazing creatures in their natural habitat. We visited most recent in late July, and were thrilled to find the cave quite full. There were also plenty of nesting birds to observe, so we felt really spoiled. Take your time and really appreciate the natural wonder that this spot is

Yes but if you are not sure you con contact the staff and they will tell you there is also a web cam in the cave that you can veiw on line. but nothing like seeing it for yourself
