Id like to know if there are designated hours for the Baraboo Riverwalk and if it's lighted for nighttime use.

The Riverwalk is not lighted, but the central area is fairly light with nearby city lights, otherwise unless a full moon, it is not lit. Hours are park hours, 7am to 9 pm generally.
