Must visit for those into cultural myths and history things. The decent can be a breeze but the climb back is like a 15 story stairs but of course you can take your time resting. Definitely not for p… Elmo B的完整评论

Went there Holy Week of 2022. Was amazed by the sight of those hanging coffins. The feeling was surreal. Hearing all the stories behind it gave me goosebumps. Not recommended for PWDs and Senior Citi… vandexplorer19的完整评论
Howdy Oliver ,,,,,,, gosh i never thought people would resent the small fee . We take many clients to see the Hanging Coffins in Sagada and never object to the small Fee ... like NZ$8.00 . We figure the guide is at least having work , giving us all the history and also keeping an eye on a national treasure . Thank Brent . filipinowonder. com

I wouldn't recommend trying to do a tour from Banaue to Sagada in one day. You should stop in Bontoc and take in the wonderful museum (give it at least one hour) and then get to Sagada with a jeepney, and do a tour of the coffins and a hike the day after. Make sure you register at the tourist office in Sagada and hire a guide. They will not allow you by the coffins without a guide (very inexpensive), and anyway you'll learn a lot more about the customs. Make sure you also visit the wonderful museum in Sagada and go to the Masferre restaurant not only for the chicken but to see the fantastic Masferre photographs of the indigenous tribes.
whw when does it run from manila how long and how much .thanks. dave

Did the trip independently to Sagada. The Baguio to Sagada journey used Lizardo - you can't pre-book tickets you just have to queue at the Dangwa Baguio station. About 4 services in the morning. Ticket office opens at 8 am but there is a service before that.2 stops on the way up to Sagada for food or toilets. No booking for the return trip either make sure you pick the coach going to the right destination we had someone in 'our seats' who really thought they were going to Bontoc not Sagada and he just made it to the other bus in time
Hi, Would you be so kind as to tell me which tour company you used for Sagada tour. Tks much. Joe

You really shouldn't need an organized tour UNLESS time is of extreme essence. Catch a bus from bus station(which everyone in Manila seems to know where), the ticket to Sagada at the time I visited 4 years ago was less than US$5/pp. It was an overnight bus, and not comfortable, but cheap. The road is very windy to say least. It will stop at Banaue, etc. And if Baguio is of your interest, you can take the bus from Sagada(I believe one bus/day).
