It probably is a moot point at this point in time but Linden Row Inn and The Graduate have shuttle service, although I don't know how comprehensive it is. Call the innkeeper.
Hi , Ive been reading all the reviews for the Richmond track . I am Australian and tailgating here means driving hard up against the rear of the car in front . It doesn't seem to make sense when people mention 'Come early and Tailgate ' We are coming to Richmond next year ,from the reviews we are going to have a great time . Thanks

Parking in the main lots really doesn’t leave much room for tailgating. However all around the track are homes where people allow parking in their yards. For maybe $20 you can find places with shade and port a potties and room to setup and party. Also after the race it’s much easier to get away.
