Bathrooms and lighthouse itself will vary...usually open until at least 5:00 and summer it can be 7:00. I've climbed up to the light at dusk when the gift shop was closed but they left that open till 9:00pm. you should have no trouble.
This writer states the lighthouse is closed on Mondays, however, the website for the lighthouse states it is open seven days a week. Which is correct ?

If I wanted to know for sure, I'd call: 906-428-5800 ~The website shows: Summer Hours May 15 - October 15 Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 7 days a week Winter Hours October 16 - May 14 Open 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday and Sunday
