We stayed overnight In Pindaya then went by bus to Nyuang Shwe - Inle Lake (about 90km). I would certainly try & fit the visit in if your itinerary allows it.

Does anyone know how to make a donation and have a buddha placed in Pindaya cave? I tried to find out when I was there last month, but couldn't get an answer. I have contacted a couple of Myanmar travel sites since getting home, and no one has been able to answer my question. Any advice? Thanks.
