The Stone Carriage House says it all. It is a mid 19th century coach house which is now 3 separate homes each with its own distinct character. The building is steps from Main St. It is just a quick walk to the Regent Theater, restaurants and music. It is a great home base for exploring all that County has to offer: food, wine, beautiful scenery, and Sandbanks Park (and the rental comes with a park pass). It's location within town allows you to explore the surrounding area during the day but gives you the opportunity to return to your own pied de terre in the evening to relax with friends over dinner or a bottle of local wine. The house is filled with period antiques which create a feeling of yesterday year but the comforts of home. There are 2 other homes in the building each with small yards which would allow the possibility for several friends or family members to travel together but have some privacy. Phaeton is light and bright. It is the smallest of the 3 homes but it is still close to 1500 sq feet.
